Tahoe Donner is located at the west end of Truckee off highway 80. This large subdivision is popular for both primary and second homeowners since it not only has many attractive amenities such as downhill skiing, cross country skiing, golf, tennis, swimming, etc...but it is also close to Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and several ski resorts such as Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw, Sugar Bowl and Boreal.

Tahoe Donner has nearly 6500 properties with home prices range from $200,000 to $1,500,000 and condo prices from $45,000 to $600,000. The first homes were built in 1972 and I expect to see more new construction coming on the market in 2014 since a lot of lots got sold last year.
